Hello! I’m Em (she/her), and I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD, bisexual, mono-romantic, spoonie with chronic pain. I bring myself into the therapy space much like you do. My job is to help you navigate life as you experience it.
I am especially passionate about supporting:
Neurodivergent individuals
LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients
People navigating burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions
Creating an inclusive, affirming, and genuinely safe space is at the heart of my work.
I believe therapy works best when it feels real. That means I show up as a human, not just a clinician.
I value honesty, transparency, and acknowledging that I don’t have all the answers—but I will walk alongside you as you figure out what works for you.
My approach is collaborative, creative, and experiential.
While we can absolutely talk things through, I also integrate more interactive and imaginative approaches—such as storytelling, roleplay, symbolism, and other creative methods—to help you process in a way that feels more natural and engaging.
This isn’t traditional art therapy—it’s a flexible, personalized approach that adapts to how your brain works.
I believe that you already have the capacity to navigate your challenges. Therapy is a space to explore, understand, and build on that capacity at your own pace.
You are in the driver’s seat—we move in a way that feels sustainable and supportive for you.
My goal is to help you not just survive, but to build a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and genuinely yours.
